    I have been accumulating and at least not in negative..being pragmatic about it, how can a project get this far and have state support and infrastructure going in not continue to fruition. My biggest concern is that a big player comes in and or equity is diluted, but having said that I still believe that the wait will be worth it in the long run...looking to when shares are worth $2
