Yes Skiman4, this is presumably to another major player, which was alluded to in previous announcements that there was discussions ongoing with a deal being finalised. It should not be under 10c/share, as Nissui would not want it at a discount to their buy in. Not sure there will be a significant premium to 10c but it shouldn't affect share price negatively from current levels, only positive really as main thing holding SFG back now is funding uncertainty. Question is, will this be just another (relatively) smallish raise $25 mill or less, or will it come with a more comprehensive plan, offer to current share holders to top up, information about proposed debt funding sources etc??? Note cash balance end Dec was about $8 mill so they were always going to need more cash this half. We will see what terms and quantum they have been able to negotiate, will say lots about confidence of getting PSD up and running in near future. Will be very much looking forward to Friday...
