    Just some points to consider:-

    JUNE 2019

    * 1st batch of 16 nano-satellites to be launched with Virgin Orbit (Fully funded and only 2 months away!)
    * The next three launches are scheduled for each quarter following the first launch.

    AUGUST 2019

    * Completion of Orbital Testing of the above 16 nano-satellites

    SEPTEMBER 2019

    * Nano-satellites will begin operational commercial service
    * 2nd batch of nano-satellites to be launched

DECEMBER 2019 (Estimated - however no more months in 2019 so should be accurate)

    * Commercial revenues generated by late 2019 (Binding agreements and MOUs with financial terms to prove it)
    * 3rd batch of nano-satellites to be launched

Once Orbital Testing is completed and proven (August 2019) I think it would be safe to assume SAS would be able to negotiate loan terms with any bank in the US. SAS will have approximately $58 million equity and purported annualised revenue of $10-12 million to service the loan. If this correct SAS will have sufficient funds to finance the construction and deployment of Pearls scheduled for December without seeking capital raising.

Consequently the concern is having sufficient funds for the construction and deployment of Pearls scheduled for September without resorting to a capital raising. The loan if approved in September would possibly be too late to finance the Pearls scheduled for September. My guess is either try to obtain the loan earlier (SAS does have 3 proven Diamonds orbiting the earth) and or negotiate key supplier contract terms to accept later payments (which may be happening this Monday fingers crossed).

All going well SAS may be able to avoid resorting to Capital Raising to finance anymore Pearls. Morgan Stanley estimates the global industry could generate revenue of $1.1 Trillion or more in 2040 up from $350 billion currently. I won't be selling my shares bumpy ride or not.

Im retiring from from posting and returning to being a voyeur of HC as after all I'm a beachbum. Good luck to all
