If they have been paying for construction before they were actually liable to, then that would be deemed to be a prepayment under the accounting standards, as the liability and risk and reward would not have passed on to SAS, prior to the necessary milestones (PDR, CDR) being completed.

This would be poor financial management as well if they were paying for things they yet did not need to pay.

I'm unsure why you are harping on about a 13-15m euro variation to the agreement, that and the announcement you keep refering to is completely irrelevant to what we are discussing.

i know you don't know why I have mentioned the 13-15 you've made that painfully obvious

up to December 2018 $10 million paid to Gomspace after CDR $1.5 mil paid towards the CDR so even if that came out of the $10 million that still leaves $8.5 million
