Still hope it is an underwriter come on board for an IPO over Youanmi Gold - so long as shareholders get good participation terms. That would be required anyway to get EGM approval.
May force early conversion of the oppies if that is required to participate, would happen anyway because this news will send SP of VMC well above oppie exercise price of 20c.
