Pursuant to ASX Listing Rule 17.1, Bigtincan Holdings Limited (ASX: BTH) (BTH) requests that ASX Limited grant an immediate trading halt in respect of BTH’s ordinary shares from the commencement of trading on 11 April 2019.The trading halt is requested in connection with a proposed equity raising to be conducted by BTH involving institutional and retail components (Equity Raising).
