Vor der Kapitalmaßnahme war bereits der Investment-Arm der SMS Group aus Düsseldorf, die auch die Fabrik baut, mit einem Anteil von 6,8 Prozent der zweitgrößte Einzelaktionär des Unternehmens. Diese Kapitalmaßnahme ist neben einem Kredit der Förderbank KfW IPEX (170 Mio. US-Dollar) und einer Mezzanine-Finanzierung mit der Macquarie Bank (90 Mio. US-Dollar) der dritte Baustein zur Finanzierung der Fabrik.

German investors are on the rise Altech Chemicals shares ($ 0.13 AUD 0.08, AU000000ATC9) are currently exposed to trading in Australia. And that has it's reason. The company announced that it would like to raise up to A $ 18 million as part of a capital increase. To this end, around 166 million new shares will be issued. Two-thirds of the volume to be placed has already been secured by institutional investors, as Altech announced. For example, Deutsche Balaton AG ($ 5.425 million), Delphi Unternehmensberatung AG ($ 5.425 million) and existing shareholder MAA Group Berhad ($ 2 million) will participate in the capital increase. Thus Altech wins two new strategic investors for the construction of its HPA factory in Malaysia. Prior to the capital increase, the investment arm of the SMS Group from Düsseldorf, which also builds the factory, was the company's second largest single shareholder with a 6.8 percent stake. In addition to a loan from KfW IPEX ($ 170 million) and mezzanine financing from Macquarie Bank ($ 90 million), this capital measure is the third building block to finance the factory.

not sure i have to be dissapointed by that heavy raise. 18 mio is much more than i had expected.
so i have to assume that the finalize of the mezz part will take much more time than thougt month ago.
