This is very interesting in the context of what is happening in the industry.
ARU secured $4m in funding as recently as December 2018, they don't need the funds immediately.
Someone wants to secure a stake in the business. Remember the American investors took a chunk last time, who is it this time?
Would be nice if it was at a premium, but that is unlikely.
