It may be that getting infrastructure sorted, or providing a pathway on which it may be sorted, is the final straw, but I don't for a minute believe the size and grade of the resource is irrelevant. It means that when the time comes you get a much bigger payday and depending on just how truly monstrous it becomes it may entice a greater risk appetite from big players.
