At the Sydney SH workshop we were told the same offer as last year was still available to SH who wish to take up some more. So this could be it i.e. some holders being confident of what's coming over the next year or so ... decided to take up some more.
Riqueza explorations cost is all covered by the JV. But to progress work on the other tenements ICG obviously need to spend some money.
