I think eventually the share price will go up if the business performs as it has in the past. The shorts won't have the same time frame as me, and shorts and longs can both make money. Of course, if a good offer comes in soon, all the better for me. I doubt many people see an offer materialising though. The announcement even said it wasn't material info re the interest other parties had shown
