Steath, i use to think the same but then got a different view from the other side.
When major holders want a stock, they hold back on certain info, starve the info feed, pull it back and buy up cheaper. Deep pockets and patience always trumps the short term.
NST are in the drivers seat here. They had to scale them back, they wanted it all...
