Hi Mikrokosmos, perhaps the sophisticates know the difference between a binding term sheet for an off take agreement and a binding Off take agreement.

Will be interesting to see how much they are willing to put in and at what price on the basis of those term sheets that The Patterson note said weren't Robust enough for traditional financing methods.


Anyway, good luck to all and let's hope they get it away at a nice high price.
