Thanks Rick - My point being that to the uneducated medical majority of us, the wording might miss-represent the actual results, because it seems to be a very confusing was to "measure" disease effects.

The results could be called excellent and show that the disease progression has been slowed , but still record a further reduction in cognitive function, they could call them excellent with no change in baseline, or excellent with improvement in baseline. They are going to focus on the positives and try to spin them as much as possible. As an investor you need to see past the spin and understand the facts of what has been achieved in context.
