that was a given especially since Bonython made no attempts to buy on the market when OCP were buying.
Remember OCP voted "No" to selection of director affiliated to the Bonython in the last re-election. So Singo would definitely want to increase his stake in TER to the maximum allowable 19.9% which will also dilute OCP asia's holding - just to prevent a cheap takeover.
All good - lets see what the refinancing brings. I have had my 7 years of bad luck lol
