It does not lead to dilution that is not the right thing to say dude. Financial engineering does not change the value of the company and subsequently there is no monetary loss to the shareholders.
EV remains the same - now they have 220mil of debt on their books and 400mil of shares - if they swap debt with equity the EV remains the same !
