    What makes everyone think that they would pay a premium? Perhaps they will get it at a discount, prior to the plant being tested. Before it skyrockets.
    The report states that the commissioning will take 5-6 weeks (end of this month), followed by a 10 day trial which is when they will know if it works or not.
