Is is had to know if this CR will be at a premium or a discount.
It doesn't make sense for it to be done now if its at a discount because we could (and should) have waited if this is the case.
With the Pilot plant results due in a few weeks it would be crazy to do a discounted CR at this stage.
This is why it's more likely that its at a premium. Someone has wanted in at a premium to what the SP is at present but that premium is at a discount to what the SP will be once we get news of the Pilot Plant.
Heres hoping because none of us will know until news is out, its all speculation, fun though none the less.
