Hey Rameez. Yeah .011 is not a number anyone was expecting but to get it underwritten that's where it had to be.

Maybe the directors could have more faith in shareholder participation to get the $$$ and set it at .015. I would still have participated.

One thing for sure this wasn't a rushed CR. Lots of time and thought has gone into it for sure.

Still it is all in line with the projections put forward in announcements and assuming all goes well with SP appreciation, then the LTH will benefit from the options issue.

Pretty well thought out overall in my opinion. Doesn't mean I like it though!
