You think large volumes last week were due to word getting out re the raise?
Water under a bridge I suppose. 1c doesn’t actually seem too bad. I was initially concerned it may have occurred at a steep VWAP discount.
Agree the unanswered question concerns options that may be included to sweeten the deal. Anyone seen the term sheet?
