REQUEST FOR TRADING HALTWe request a trading halt for Argent Minerals Limited and provide the following information as set out in ListingRule 17.1: We request a trading halt in advance of an announcement to be made pertaining to the Research andDevelopment Tax Incentive claims made by the Company for the 2015/16 and 2016/17 financial years. We request that the trading halt lasts for two business days, or until the Company is able to make anannouncement before the end of the two business days. The announcement is expected to end the trading halt. We are not aware of any reason why the trading halt should not be granted. We have no further information necessary to inform the market about the trading halt.
Interesting to see that this is being handled as quickly as possible. I for one am happy to see this resolved one way or the other!
One thing for sure is there are other companies out there taking note of what is happening here to ARD, and one would assume getting their ducks in a row!
