Any reasonable person would understand that and moving into revenue activities after 2 years of development is a good thing...Right?

If you cannot see this announcement with Alliance and cash in bank is extremely positive then move on because this is the strategy whether you agree or not. If they achieve their subscribers per the deal then if you still get capital raise I'd suggest give it up.

It's a new era for ESH and this deal is transformational to the whole investment thesis. Strap on because it's about to take off.
