the amount of cap raising will not dilute, as there will be funds for growth, also are restricted on buying high volume at .80, so if you wanted any SPT shares and be in it then you wont be able to get it for .80 unless you allready have shares thus averaging down, so i believe this will sit at about .85, im happy to accumulate at this price as the amount of offering at .80 is bugger all. remember it is a growth stock and not an established company where you should see a good P.E ratio.
