Timing is everything here and valuable time can’t afford to be wasted with a retail SPP / rights issue as there are crucial financial commitments due at the end of June.
If you are luckily enough you can buy shares on market for about 6.5 cents when the market opens. With any luck, the share price will bounce back quickly if punters believe in the projects.
IMO the threat of a Capital Raise has been holding the share price back, get it over with quickly so the share price can appreciate quickly.
