Well I guess Second we (PRL) had something of value, all unrealised of course, so there was always a glimmer of hope but at the end of the day it was a pattern I had seen a few times before, classic in this case - penny stock with plenty of issued shares and always going cap in hand to the shareholders or the BS term 'sophisticated investors' for more money with the promise of better things to come. The trouble is you only have one lifetime to learn this if you're a mug punter or.....you start your own public LLC scam.
