With a minimum of the $4.2m cash on hand and a $1m R&D rebate, I am looking foward to further information on the intentions for the spending of the $4m to $5m they are aiming to generate from the capital raise. Whilst I agree that it removes the issue of funding being the bottleneck for sales, I do find it interesting that this raise is being done to fund managers during LBTs pitch at the Med conference. I can't help but think that there is more to this than just a capital raise for working capital and sales and marketing. I think that there is something (besides the increased ST SP) that has sparked the need for a capital raise now.
