Elixinol Global Limited (ASX:EXL) – Request for trading haltPursuant to listing rule 17.1, Elixinol Global Limited (ACN 621 479 794) (Elixinol) request that animmediate trading halt be granted with respect to Elixinol’s shares pending the announcement to themarket in relation to the outcome of a proposed capital raising.For the purposes of Listing Rule 17.1, Elixinol provides the following information:

1. The trading halt is requested in connection with a placement to institutional and other professionaland sophisticated investors (Offer) and is required to enable the bookbuild process to beconducted in an orderly manner;

2. Elixinol requests the trading halt to continue until the earlier of the commencement of trading onThursday, 6 June 2019 or Elixinol making an announcement to the market in relation to theoutcome of the Offer; and

3. Elixinol is not aware of any reason why the trading halt should not be granted, or of any otherinformation necessary to inform the market about the trading halt.
