One of the last listed REITs to trade around NTA. All the others seem to trade at a premium.
Whilst a welcomed short term gain, share holders will have to think where to invest after the takeover goes through. Listed REITs seem too expensive. Unlisted funds are probably better value as you can buy in at NTA however liquidity is an issue.
So this is not necessarily great news for those who wanted to hold long term.
