It will be interesting to see how it pans out-the last group (Starwood) was initially prepared to pay $2.95 and two distributions, but after DD revised that down to $2.95. So the purchase disclosed today at $2.95 appears to me to be a bit more than just a coincidence. Will management go for $2.95+2 distributions again, or is a bit more needed to get it over the line given the expected upswing in REIT values that might be expected if the interest rate drops as far as people are expecting?
It will be interesting to see how it pans out-the last group...
