Since SKI did not take up the option at 12c...Is it possible that SKI and AUZ have agreed to raise the money thru "CR" which just means SKI buying that at current SP...Somehow a better agreement for both parties and maybe not so much for shareholders with further dilution...Newbie here...asking a question!
