Imo this will be the last raise to the market. They know they will need another raise before the bfs2 and funding package all get wrapped up. There will be a consolidation of about 5 to 1 so they are not worried about throwing some more shares out there for cash atm. I dont think there is any chance of raising all the capex without being able to issue a large number of shares to SKI, as we have seen they like to have a foot in the door. With approx 3 mill shares there isn't room for SKI to come on board so a consolidation needs to happen and before that why not raise more money.
