I don't really see the need for a Trading Halt unless one of the following scenarios are in flight.
We are all hopeful optimists but the 3rd point is just as probable. Does anyone disagree?

• Licence hasn't been received officially, but have received it verbally
• There are conditions on the licence that THC need to interpret
• The licence has NOT been granted but further requests for information have been made.
• Management wants to package this up with some other investment release or announcement
• Organise further off-market trades before resuming.

Lastly

• The board / management team are unreachable because they are too busy consuming the weeds
• They are busy posting job adverts for the plant
