Reading the ASX Trading Halt request announcement tells you the nature of the Trading Halt. It is not an acquisition and any suggestion that it will be bad news is not reasonable. RMS performed Due Diligence on EXU, liked what they saw enough to up their initial bid, have done some further drilling and are the best mine managers on the ASX in my opinion.
