This is the problem with trading halts....people start getting into these ridiculous debates about what each word actually means
Equity raising and capital raising are exactly the same thing...they both mean giving money for shares
The fact that they used both in the announcement shows they are interchangeable ( they should have kept the wording consistent but proof reading is a concept unheard of in Australia...it involves way too much effort)
As for the bids and offers pre-open, they are utterly meaningless
