It is entirely possible, as you say, but there's a chance that because of the adoption of the internationally recognized 'psoriasis plaque test', because of the significance of comparing BTX 1308 against a placebo and an active comparator....wait.... on the same patient, and because the taking of skin biopsies from each participant (that's 60 biopsies) means that the study protocol is recognised as a powerful proof of concept tool by dermatology companies. Because of that and also due to Bio Skin GmbH participation and the fact that psoriasis and eczema are both autoimmune skin diseases, it could be that good results from the trial would see a surprisingly larger than 'expected' appreciation in the sh that would otherwise be expected from a 'normal' phase 1b trial.
