Just read the ASX announcement that they have raised the $12M from institutional and sophisticated investors etc.

The 3 non exec members & chair of board are going to invest .....

So far ok .... until one reads the issue price of 12cents which is really a pretty deep discount to market.

Either the 12c is close to what the bod thinks the show is worth ..

or

I think I might be hearing lots of Oink! Oink! Oink! (from those onboard) and sense also lots of squeeling, squeeling as the earplugged bod once again knackers the small shareholder and slowly claws our share of equity away.
