Let’s help liquidity, fixed expense ratio, relevance in the market even more and raise another 100 million shares at 95 cents
If you can raise the money near the NTA these things can help longer term but there must be some sort of line in the sand. They are giving a free kick to non shareholders so that they can lock in future management income.
The little bump in CGA shares may indicate who wins out of this.
