Seems odd given $1m cash + $1m revolving line of credit approved.
I wonder how much they want? Hopefully no more than about $1.5m
First thought that came to mind is that this CR is intended for a specific purpose e.g. an acquisition or initial spend for rapid international expansion but as nothing like this is mentioned in the announcement it seems like your garden variety raise.
