The above link is more about the photo than the info. When I first took a position in AXE many years ago, it was about the materials - mainly the Graphite and not just ordinary graphite, but a unique highly crystallized Graphite that has be proven to be almost perfect to the Atomic scale. The reason I was interested in this graphite was for developing a high quality Graphene. ( I do love a disruptive technologies stock ... wouldn't be long term for anything else) Now looking at the photo in the above link reminds me that this stock is now not just about materials ... but verticals. Australia has been long re-known for its ability to supply the materials that make up our society to other nations to develop further into products... missing out on the extra $ by not using materials to develop our own products! AXE is now building chip prototypes at the Research & Prototype Foundry Core Research Facility at the University of Sydney Nanoscience Hub with upto 60 people working on creating the prototypes with two leading experts in their fields! I think any long term investor has to feel some form of confidence in their investment knowing this for starters! Of course there is still a way to go here and everyone's investment time frames are different , but if what our CEO says is true .... that we possess something that the majors ( Intel, AMD etc ... and military!) don't have ..... then there is cause for a little excitement when ever a Trading Halt appears relating to progress with the Quantum chip! This is by no means a walk in the park building something on the nanoscale and nobody to date has done what the crew at Archer are trying right now with building a Qbit chip that operates with existing electronic component and at room temperature! It truly will be a worlds first if they achieve this and they have the rights to the technology + sell the materials to build ( double bonus!)
One step at a time though and In my opinion this announcement will be regarding successful implementation towards their final goal. We'll find out very soon and I look forward to the updates on the build. I for one couldn't be happier to see an Australian company working on verticals rather than just selling materials we dig up!
