So the cat is amongst the pigeons now. The shorter(s) has to get an allotment or lose big time.
Someone got a sniff of the CR and shorted BRN based on form/history/chart and the price of the CR.
My guess is they didn't know about the material announcement and that might hurt them unless they can cover with the CR allotment.
Someone(s) may have a million shares to dump depending on the announcement.
