It cannot be Jinhui. That strategic partner cannot be Chinese imo. The biggest issue with chinese is the forex control. MCC is much larger than Jinhui. If any Chinese would gets through forex approval, that could only be MCC. I am not positive about it though. On the other side, partner other than Chinese is even better than holding life on one string.
