I find it odd why they will be bothered with 500k, unless they have upscale the drilling program at Estelle and need the funds for it.
Otherwise, they might already have $1 or $2m already secured from cornerstone investors, and they r topping it off with another 500k from soph inv.
I guess we will find out tomorrow.
