Corporate tax rate is 27.5% for a company with no turnover?
$825,000 of credits means they could raise $3m to use up those credits. ($3m x 27.5% = $825,000)
They could do a renounceable rights and it means investors would only be paying 72.5% of the cost.
If they raised at 14c on a 1 for 4 basis. The company gets $3m, investors really pay 10.15c (14c x 72.5%) and get a chance to add at a good price before the action kicks off.
