    In their investor presentation last week they use the phrase "fully funded exploration for 2019/20".

    Surely this means that a raise can only be for something above and beyond 2019/20? Or is it just a case of taking advantage of the tax credits available? I'd only be p*ssed of by the latter if they don't allow us small guys to take part.
