There is no surprise whatsoever in this announcement, other than the timing.

Ordinarily the release of favourable information has raised the price offering the opportunity to raise without diluting existing holders too much. This time is different.

Depending on the amount of the CR, we will all get heavily diluted since the CR must be done at a very low price. I would be very interested in the selling points offered to attract the capital. They will need to be good to convince sophs to tip more money in ,the well must be close to empty..

I reserve all opinion on the issue until more facts are available and then act accordingly.
