I would add IMO, given AC and the Board's desire to becoming a producer, they would have gone through the large shareholder base to identify any potential white knights who could be relied upon to support a fight to remain independent. Unfortunately, even white knights have their price but that could also play into a higher take out price from which the rest of us plebs can benefit. Hopefully! Cheers!
