    Good find there SoConfused. That certainly highlights what could be behind this halt..
    Hopefully the comments by the company over the last years or so about how good its environmental record is and the awards it has received will be true and carry the day with the government. But Duerte is a bit of an unpredictable entity and you never know which tack he could take.
