This was part of their announcement (OGC) so it looks from what they are saying MGB and the Department of Environment and Natural Resources want OGC to go ahead and are waiting for the President signature.
I don't know much about this president. Personally I thought he was against mining. Its a nail biting time. The longer this goes on the chances of renewal will diminish as these locals believe they are operating illegally.
Frankly, it smells like OGC hasn't done enough for the local community especially just before the 25 year licence renewal. They should have been all over them with lobster and free Karaoke machines!
The fact that I just bought into this its probably going to go bad!
