If open pit is now done and being rehabilitated well, don't see why they are so upset about the underground, especially since OGC has won a heap of environmental awards..
However it s says 100 protesters, (probably not even from the local town?) they are far out numbered by 1500 workers that would not want to lose a job.
Anyway have to wait and see, hard to get a take on the whole thing from here.
