The key issue is they keep on resetting the share price by the annual small CR. I know we need more capital to develop IMP761 ..
Why didn’t they just hit the market at the high, during September last year for a $20mil CR and get it over and done with.
Why keep on going back to the market for small CRs at the lowest share price levels ?
Are they professional incompetent or what ?
Hire me as the CFO and I sure can do a much better job !
